Welcome to Mint Pilates. By accessing or using our services—including classes, packages, memberships, and our website—you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

🔹 1. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Participation in any physical exercise involves inherent risk. Before beginning any Pilates class or exercise program, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, or pregnancy before each session. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Mint Pilates and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, medical issues, or health complications unless caused by proven negligence.

🔹 2. Bookings & Payments

  • Account Registration: All bookings must be made through the Mindbody platform. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

  • Payment: All sessions must be prepaid. Payments are securely processed through Mindbody. We do not store your payment information directly.

  • Pricing: All class and membership prices are available on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

🔹 3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Group Classes: Must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Private Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. In exceptional circumstances, please email ghada@mintpilates.co.uk.

🔹 4. Memberships

  • Minimum Term: All memberships require a 3-month commitment.

  • Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month after the initial term.

  • Cancellation: To cancel your membership, provide at least 30 days’ written notice by email.

  • Freezes: You may pause your membership for up to 1 month, twice per year. Requests must be made in writing through email to ghada@mintpilates.co.uk

🔹 5. Class Packs

  • Validity: All class packs have an expiry date clearly indicated at purchase.

  • Non-Transferable: Class packs are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • Non-Refundable: Class packs are non-refundable unless required by law.

🔹 6. Waitlists

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you'll be automatically enrolled and notified. Once enrolled, standard cancellation policies apply.

🔹 7. Studio Etiquette

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to avoid disruption.

  • Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothing and grip socks (required for hygiene and safety).

  • Behaviour: Respect instructors and fellow clients. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for inappropriate or disruptive conduct.

  • Phones: Please silence your devices before class. Phone use is not permitted during sessions.

🔹 8. Personal Belongings

Please store your belongings safely. Mint Pilates is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items on the premises.

🔹 9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred while participating in our services, unless caused by our proven negligence. You acknowledge that all physical activity carries risk, and you assume full responsibility for your participation.

🔹 10. Privacy Policy

Mint Pilates is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What We Collect:

  • Name, contact details, date of birth

  • Booking and payment data via Mindbody

  • Health information you voluntarily provide

  • Website usage data (e.g., cookies, IP address)

How We Use It:

  • Manage bookings, memberships, and attendance

  • Communicate class updates or cancellations

  • Personalise your Pilates experience based on health needs

  • Send marketing emails only if you opt-in
